What is really free?
Reading the whole Bible, switching versions, searching and writing simple notes of up to 500 characters costs nothing and never expires, with no seven-day trial and no card. Basic and Premium add the tools in the table above.
Can I cancel any time?
In Settings, Subscription, tap Cancel subscription and confirm. There is no penalty: your plan continues until the end of the month already paid and then the account goes back to free. Highlights, notes and plans stay where they were; notes longer than 500 characters stay readable and can only be edited to get shorter.
What happens to my notes if I go back to free?
Nothing is lost: highlights, notes and plans stay in your account. Rich notes and notes longer than 500 characters stay readable; to change one, you can only shorten the text (or return to Basic).
How can I pay?
Payment is monthly, by card, through Stripe, in reais, dollars or euros. In Brazil, also through Mercado Pago. Premium unlocks as soon as payment is confirmed and the receipt arrives by email.
Is there a refund?
Not automatically: canceling stops the next charge, and access continues until the end of what's already been paid for. Found a charge that looks wrong? On Mercado Pago, contact their support; through Stripe, use “Report a problem” (in the site footer or in Help) and include the charge date.
How many translations are there?
More than 300, in over 180 languages. Eighteen come ready in the app (three in Portuguese, plus Hebrew, Greek, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Latin); the rest of the catalog, from Swahili to Mandarin, comes in with one tap in Versions.
