1.What they are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) plays a similar role: it keeps information on the device itself, without sending it on every visit.
2.What we use
- concordancia_locale (cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you chose.
- concordancia_regiao_site (cookie, 1 year): remembers the region you chose on the Pricing page, to show the price in the right currency.
- concordancia-token (cookie, for the length of the session): carries your session token to the server, so it can verify who you are in areas that require an account.
- concordancia-storage (local storage): your session, your preferences and the reading data the app keeps on the device.
- concordancia-modo-escolhido (local storage): records that you chose an appearance (Paper, Parchment, Night or Late night); without that choice, the site follows your system theme.
3.What we do not use
Today Concordância does not use advertising cookies or analytics or tracking cookies. That is why we do not show a cookie consent banner: the ones we use are necessary for the service to work. If that changes, this page and the notice will be updated first.
4.Third-party cookies
When you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, (or, once Premium billing opens, pay with Stripe or Mercado Pago), you leave our domain for a moment, and those services may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.
5.How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you do, you will be signed out and the site will forget your language, region and appearance. To learn more about the personal data we process, read the Privacy policy.
