Short answers about your account, reading and Premium. If you can't find yours, write to us at the bottom of the page.

Account

Tap Create account at the top of the site and fill in your name, email and password, or sign in directly with Google, Apple or Microsoft. No card required, and it takes less than a minute. Create an account now

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email: a link to choose a new password arrives. If you signed in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, use the same button again — those accounts don't have a password in Concordância. Go to the sign-in screen

In your account: highlights, notes, plans and subscription sync automatically, in real time, across every device where you sign in with the same email (or the same Google, Apple or Microsoft account).

Reading

Over 300, in more than 180 languages. Eighteen already come ready in the app (three in Portuguese, plus Hebrew, Greek, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Latin); the rest of the catalog, from Swahili to Mandarin, is added with a tap in Versions. You can read two versions side by side for free, and three with Premium. See the languages

While reading, tap the verse. A palette with five colors appears; choose one. To change or remove the highlight, tap again. See what the reading sheet looks like

On a computer, hold Shift and click to pick a range, or Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) and click to add single verses; with the keyboard, Shift+↓ or Shift+↑ extends the range. On a phone, tap the first verse and keep tapping others: each tap adds or removes one. The bar shows the reference (for example, Matthew 21:22–24, 26), how many verses there are and a Clear selection button. Mark, Note, Copy, Share and Create image apply to all of them.

Yes. In the reader, tap Compare and pick the versions: two fit on the free plan, and three with Premium. If you are on the free plan and try a third, you see an invitation to Premium; nothing is lost.

Yes. On your first visit the site follows your system theme (light or dark). The appearance button, at the top of the page, switches between Paper, Parchment, Night and Late night; on mobile, the choice lives inside the menu. It stays saved for next time.

Tap Aa, in the reader bar, and choose One per line under Verses; for running text, choose Paragraph. The choice is also in Settings → Reading and applies in Sheet mode, Compare and the mini reader. In the site's open reader it is kept in this browser only.

Tap Aa in the reader bar and choose Hide under Section headings. To see them again, choose Show. The choice is also in Settings → Reading. Not every version has headings.

Not yet. For now you need to be connected to open the app.

It works on a phone, but we recommend a computer or tablet: there is more room for the text, the examination panel and the AI side by side, and picking several verses is easier. Your account is the same on every device.

Premium

Free covers the whole Bible in over 300 translations, side-by-side reading (two versions), highlights, notes, search, ready-made plans with a calendar, the original text at a tap (word, gloss and Strong's number) and cross references. Premium, at R$ 14,99 per month (or US$ and € outside Brazil), adds AI with monthly credits, your own shareable plans, maps with a measuring ruler, the full Strong's lexicon, occurrences, interlinear and the classic commentaries. See the full table

Not yet: Premium is being prepared and subscriptions open soon. Until then, the whole Bible, highlights, notes and ready-made plans stay free, with no card. See free and Premium

In Settings, Subscription, tap Cancel subscription and confirm. There's no penalty: Premium continues until the end of the month already paid for, and then the account returns to free. Highlights, notes and plans, including your own, stay right where they were.

Not automatically: canceling stops the next charge, and access continues until the end of what's already been paid for. Found a charge that looks wrong? On Mercado Pago, contact their support; through Stripe, use “Report a problem” (in the site footer or in Help) and include the charge date.

Each question costs a few credits, shown before you send it. The quota is monthly and renews on the 1st of the following month; without credits, the rest of Premium keeps working normally.
